Jinzaii (人材) means talent,specifically human capital, the force multiplier inside every great organization. We chose that name deliberately.
Most recruiting is a funnel business: move bodies, collect fees. We built Jinzaii around a different premise,that the right hire is identifiable, and that identifying them takes genuine judgment, not just access to a database.
We came from startups. We know what it costs to hire wrong at the early stages. We built the practice we wish had existed when we were on the other side of the table.
